Last January we had the visit of “La hora del
cuento” a company that told as a story in English called Handa’s Surprise! to
the students from 1st to 3rd year.
El pasado mes de enero vino a
visitarnos la compañía “La hora del cuento” con un taller de inmersión
lingüística para los alumnos de 1º a 3º de Primaria, nos contaron el cuento Handa’s Surprise!
The school library changed into a stage with
many different animals and a magic box from where the pages of the story came
out. It was amazing!
Fuimos a la biblioteca del colegio
que se transformó en un escenario con muchos animales y una caja mágica de la
que iban saliendo páginas de un cuento increíble.
We enjoyed very much with the activity, it was
very participative and we learnt many different things such as holding a basket
with our head, learning the names of fruit form Africa and also the names of
the animals that live on the Savannah. We all wanted to participate and speak in English.

Disfrutamos mucho porque fue una
actividad muy participativa, aprendimos a sujetar una cesta con nuestra cabeza,
también el nombre de muchas frutas que provienen de África, además de los nombres
de los animales que viven en la sabana. Todos queríamos
participar hablando en inglés.
The story was about a girl called Handa that lives in Africa and wants to give a surprise to his friend that lives in the next village. It’s his birthday and she takes some fruit for him, but in her way to the village strange things happen. Do you remember the story? El cuento trata de una niña que se
llama Handa y vive en África, es el
cumpleaños de su amigo que vive en la aldea cercana a la suya y quiere sorprenderle con unas frutas, pero
durante el trayecto ocurren cosas increíbles. ¿Recordáis la historia? Seguro
que sí, pero si la habéis olvidado la podéis recordar con estas fotos.
